Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy outlines the available shipping options, delivery timelines, and other essential details to help you understand how we process and ship your purchases. 1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. The delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the destination. Here are the available shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery to select locations.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Pearlem Presss offers free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, standard shipping charges will be applied. Expedited and overnight shipping options are also available at additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated once your order has been shipped.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Pearlem Presss ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations and will update our customers when those options become available.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@pearlempresss.com or call 913-696-0054 to make any necessary changes.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for further assistance.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you live in an area with restricted shipping availability, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Pearlem Presss. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in their original, unused condition for a refund or exchange.
